Hi all, just got back from a holiday in Kent, disco ran well pulling our folding camper, apart from a smell of diesel in the cab occasionally, when we arrived, the front of the trailer was covered in oily mess :(

Couldn't see any oil leaks so wiped it down and enjoyed the week off. Last day it was smelling pretty rough so had another look, turns out it was the injector spill return pipes again, the rear one was split at both ends and ****ing fuel down the back of the engine which was then washing all the oil off underneath and spraying the front of the trailer.

Luckily there was a unipart shop in Deal so I got a couple lengths of pipe and replaced them all, even though they were only a year old, I'll add this to the service now i think.

Can't see why they fail so quickly though, the old ones were all splitting or perished when I pulled them off.

What size did you fit?
You want the Gates make pipe 3.2mm inside diameter.

have you used any veg or bio as this can kill the spill pipes, had a lot of issues on my transit with this. I have replaced the disco ones with nylon airline just in case.
