Hi everyone, been on couple times before I have managed to source some original mudguards for the defender so I can remove the widened ones ;) I’m not 100% keen on the 2 inch lift kit that was fitted to it I think it’s called? what’s the point in these? I will only be using it lightly off-road and the lift kit won’t effect the axle clearance height on the road will it? is it just a case of new springs and dampers to remove it? Thanks again :D

If it is o let a two inch lift then I would expect that it is just springs and dampers that have been done. Larger lift need cranked radius and trailing arms to correct the castor. It would be worth checking the ones you have are standard items. If not you will need standard ones to remove the lift.
Also be aware that to replace the springs and shock (particularly on the front) you will likely need some other parts, such as turret rings and spring retainers as these tend to snap when you remove them so cannot be reused.
