Once to be exact, the 200tdi is now in and running married to the 24 volt FFR electrical system, the stop solenoid runs off the original 12 volt ignition dropper a previous owner had fitted and the starter solenoid is fed from the originalm 24 volt feed running via another 12 volt dropper, starter wired to the first battery and should be fine for the split second she takes to fire, remainder is all still 24 volt (lights etc) and the 24 volt eberspacher is perfect ....

Still a little heath robinson and needs wiring tidied and a few odds n sods sorted but seems to be perfect so far... apart from a slight water pump leak from the gland but that has probably been on its way for a long while,

Used disco rad on a bracket to lower and move to d/s meaning i could keep oil cooler and the disco header sits very nicely on the inner wing... just enough room..

Time will tell but a 240 mile test run (not a great idea but had to get to Lancs... finished fitting at half 7 friday night and was on the M25 by eight :) phew....

Twin tanks mean I can start on diesel and very quickly switch to the drivers veg oil tank and switch back just before I park up, makes starting in the cold a lot easier... how clever of the military to fit a built in dual tank system just right for veg oil running :)

Cheers Steve
