My defender currently has 235 85 16 tyres on sawtooth alloys

Got the chance of a set of 215 85 16 tyres at a good price

Will they be ok ?

Inch and a bit smaller diameter, cant see it being an issue.
What are they off?

They will be fine. Obviously you will lose a little bit of top speed and ground clearance under the axles.
Plus side, you will gain a bit on acceleration, and maybe save a tiny bit on fuel.

Not sure what they were fitted to but I'm looking for mud tyres and the price is right
