200tdi heater

now then chaps n chapetts

iv recently bought a 200 as my daily now I know the heater doesn't work so needs to be changed, but should it blow hot air through when driving?

I don't have any fan speeds but if I open the dash vents I can feel cold air blowing through whilst driving, surly if the engines warm it should blow hit in?

Dash vents only allow fresh air in.Heat goes to frnt and rear foot wells and screen demist only
