2003 HSE V8 Trailer electrics problem

Hello All,

Hopefully a few of you on this Forum can send me in the right direction. I am currently living in Germany and have brought my 2003 HSE over from the States, California. I am having a Problem to get my 13 pin Trailer electrics working. I have purchased and installed the Westfalia part#323064300113 but it is not functioning prpoerly. I am currious if my Trailer connector (White Multi pin) is missing a few wires since it is North America spec. i have inserted a Picture bellow of the connector that is in the rear boot of my car. Would it be possible if any of you could have a look at your connector and tell me if it has the same amount of Pins? Again this is the connector pre installed on the truck, this is the end that will plug into the Westfalia kit.

I think you need to buy the trailer ECU, nothing is as simple as simply connecting a trailer loom on an L322.

Need programming in with diagnostics I believe.

mine didn't need reprogramming, it is plug and play, i'll see if i can see my plug or the wiring diagram

not sure if this helps at all but i don't want to unplug it really as it was a git to fix in position
