2001 range rover thor engine recon needed

hi people just abit of info needed.i have just replaced the cylinder head gaskets on my 2001 range rover westminster v8 petrol on lpg,and had the heads skimmed 2 weeks ago everythings seemed fine untill this morning.started it up pulled away and it lost power and started poping from the passenger side again.now it did this last time,wen in was on its way out.its lasted me 2 weeks now with out any probs.now loseing water again.any ideas on this..now leaks new water pump!!!!any idea how much a recon engine wood be many thanks steve...
