200 tdi will it run ok without intercooler

iam fiting disco 200 tdi into very cramped space fiting the small intercooler is about impossible.
Will it still run ok

Yeah it will run OK, you will notice a slight loss of performance but not much.

thanks lads i like to keep it quiet its going into an 80 some people hate you for doing things like that.
i was led to belive it would over fuel and wash the oil from the bores

its in complete wit P/S and turbo now thats was a bitch,just no room to fit intercooler
