200 tdi high pressure fuel pump

on my fuel pump i cant get the [FONT=&quot]diaphram / cone thing out to get to the star wheel as im trying to change the [/FONT] [FONT=&quot]diaphram as it has a hole it moves up and down but will not come out i dont wont to brake or bend the pin


also dose the disco pump fit the defender engine with no mods ??
