2 questions ..Will a slightly sticking on handbrake be a mot failure and

Getting the battle bus ready for her mot this week. Can't wait to get it back on the road just fitted new brake pads and disc's new complete brake line and hoses. The hand brake slightly sticks on will that be a mot failure



And also my milage counter is at 119k and has frozen would would be the cause before my milage goes well above what it reads it's probably at 121k now

It's very difficult to detect a sticking hand brake so chances are it'll pass.
Don't really understand what you're saying about milometer

The milometer has stopped working and can't get it going again
