Due to 3 ongoing projects and returning to competitive sailing this coming year I have reluctantly decided to let go my 1994 110 High Capacity project.
It sits on a galvanised HD chassis which has been heavily reinforced to the rear with a bespoke rear crossmember for towing and was going to have a tipping body. I decided that a hi-cap tub was sufficient for my purposes so a Td5 tub was dropped on.
I have installed a 200 Tdi with 110,000 miles which I had - timing belt oils and filters changed with last 5,000 miles. New exhaust manifold gasket and turbo gaskets. The engine pulls really well - it was in my 110 DCPU which was then changed to a 300 Tdi. LT77 gearbox and LT230 transfer, no k ocks or bangs, good and tight.
The front axle has new calipers and discs and I have recently installed new britpart yellow springs all round and new rear shocks and mounts.
I have just got the bulkhead back from shotblasting and galvanising which will be included in the sale with another donor to strip.
I have lower series door frames recently galvanised with galvanised cappings (needs door tops).
Rear bulkhead in good order and original roof (complete).
Front wings are included, albeit slightly dented. One okay but other will need an outer skin and front.
110 is pretty well complete, engine and chassis loom and door tops required.
This 110 will break at over £3,000 but not a route I wish to go really. With little effort has to be worth £4,500 to £5,000. Asking £3,000 ono
Could do for £2,500 without galvanised bulkhead
Call Michael on 07926 040506. Based Holywood, N. Ireland. Can delivery to UK at cost...
Would consider a swap for a 90 or a 3,500 kg 14/16' Ifor/Brian James trailer and cash balance.
