Here for sale is a 1978 series 3 truck cab 2.25 diesel in marine blue ( The paint work isnt amazing but its only on the bonnet and wing tops mainly that its started to flake ), has been used every day for the last year and a half, and has been a reliable old truck! It has only had 2 previous ownsers,i am the third owner! This truck has had a lot of work done such as:

New alternator!
H/D steering relays and tracking!
Engine rebuild: rings and shells, head gasket, injectors, injector pump seals, parallel heater plug set, and regular oil filter and oil changes, along with fuel filter changes!
New fuel tank sender ( gauge ).
Oil fed oil pressure gauge!
Auto graph rubber matts!
New dash board top!
New indicatour stalk!
Brake overhaul: new master cyclinder(trw), new wheel cylinders all round, new drums all round, new shoes all round, new flexi pipes all round!
New hand brake shoes (the hand brake is realy good!).
White weller 8 spoke wheels with bf goodrich trac edge tires(7.50R16).
Light gaurds all round!
New clutch slave cylinder.
range rover classic diff in rear axle for higher gearing! ( i do still have the origonal one )
10 months M.O.T with 1 advisory, and failed on 3 things witch for a 36 year old land rover is realy good! This car is very very sound and will go on for a long time yet! its done me well for a first car and still is doing me well,but its time to pass her on to someone who will do more with her as i dont have the time anymore! There are no pictures becuase i cant seem to upload any onto this page, so apolagies for that!
This is a very honest little land rover and i will be sad to see her go!

it does mean that you cant use the 4wd on the road,but if you are stuck the front axel will slip out and wont cause any issues, i had this in the snow and it was fine, it does also have free wheeling hubs on the front too! The proper fairy ones!
