130 goes crazy, something is very wrong!! helppp

Hi I got a 130 td5 2000 some months ago, but I have a problem, at first it happend only once every month or so, but now it happens every day, several times !!!
the issue is that when Im driving in the pavement road the car goes crazy, el se fuel and temp sensors star to go up and down and the engine starts to jump, not normal, until it stops.
normally what I did was unplug de car computer , blow it a little and plug it back again , and I could continue, but now it is very annoying ,
does someone know what is the issue???????

Given that this is your first post, not sure where your from and difficult to understand the exact symptons you are describing. When you say "blow it a little and plug it back in again", I assume you mean the red ECU plug? Was there Oil in the plug?
