110 td5 front wheel squeal

i hope i am posting this right , i have a 110 td5 o1 plate with a squeal on the front drivers side wheel, it only occurs down hill whilst turning left or right at 30mph and higher, not in a straight line. i have had the wheel off there seems to be very little bearing play, no stones or brake interference or any other obvious cause. applying the brakes has no effect, power steering fluid fine, and no other symtoms, could it be a wheel bearing? can you re torque it for additonal life, how hard a job is it to change if required. any advice greatfully recieved. cheers
