110 Second row door 'false' capping

hi, I am changing to lift handle doors, the fronts will be two piece but the second row will be one piece.
I have managed to get a used pair of the now obsolete second row false cappings that attach with 4 fasteners. I have the door nuts on the cappings but not sure what thread or size they are.
Does any one know, have photos how they are installed or have a copy of the pre 86 110 parts catalogues?

Where did you get your false cappings? I need a set of all 4, and am struggling to find any at all.

I just hit lucky on fleabay £12.50 each. I think Craddocks have them but £££££.
