how hard is it to diy a new bulkhead yourself? and is it an expense to have a garage do it for you. last question is a galvanised bulkhead an expensive part to buy, with thanks.

1, Fairly hard, ask buster for tips
2, Very expensive (best part of £1k)

Now go and introduce your self :D

I got brand new bulkhead for £50 - lucky sod I was then and got all the other bits I needed for about £100.

Took best part of 2 week ends on my own more or less. Help with the heavy bits lifting and fitting of the bulkhead, wings etc...
