What's The Criteria For Tax Exempt Vehicle

I was under the impression that all vehicles over 25 years old qualified? However I guess I'm wrong then! I am sure some will point me in the right direction and others in the direction of Ebay...!

Cheers guys !! so they did change it then. When all this enviro stuff come aboot ah thowt that as the didnt want 4x4's knocking around the would have scrapped it fa landys and such? Cos a landy can be revamed foreva like and last 50 years or more which will P**s the anti's off and Gordin friggin Broon.
