Hi all,

Just taken delivery of my Nanocom unit and after setting it up went straight out to test and check things.

The Nanocom is pulling up errors with the EAS where the Unlock Suite doesn't. Nanocom is coming back showing all 4 height sensors being out of range plus another "Unidentified Code".

Any idea why this would be and which one should I be paying attention to?

Edit: Also noticed that with the Nanocom reading live values, the rear right height sensor is jumping all over the place while the car is just sitting. going from 110 down to 87 at some points. The rest are all sitting pretty well as they are, plus or minus 2 on the odd occasion.

Is it windy is the car being rocked?

There is a bit of wind but not enough to rock the car really - it's relatively sheltered by the houses.

Yeah, just reading at the moment. Too **** scared to be changing anything after reading stories on here!

Awwww. Go on! Live a little. Press a button and see what happens!

See if you can find the hidden feature where a wisp of smoke curls up from the fusebox and you have 30 seconds before you have a P38 sized crater on the drive! :)

Also, I've noticed too that the door sensor status in nanocom doesn't change regardless of what door you open or the boot. Guessing that's somehow been disabled?

Ignition off in BECM diagnostic mode. But don't go there until you really understand what a total balls ups you can create in there. If your BECM is locked you cannot get into it with ignition on.

I presume the proper LR stuff can do it?

I haven't checked to see if mine is unlocked yet, just getting info!

Certain systems cannot be accessed with Nanocom if BECM is unlocked. There is a procedure to do to a plug on the BECM. T4 maybe able to unlock it don't know the be honest.

So, I took it out this morning for a long run on the motorways to try and get a fault to come up as before.

2 miles from home the EAS christmas trees lit up so once I got home, hooked up the nanocom and got the following:

NANOCOM - EAS.APP - EAS faults file

PRESSURE SWITCH IS NOT CHANGING STATE,
ALWAYS OFF
---
INVALID FAULT CODE
---

Also noticed that the compressor was really quite hot. Can't keep your hand on it for longer than 2 seconds or so.

Time to replace the pressure sensor?
