    Kent/Sussex lanes

Was down there beginning of June. Must be some of the tightest lanes I've driven. Should see the scars on the roof and narrowly missed taking an alpine light out!

    Greenlanes in Suffolk

    You're right, Nick

    Kings Forest routes

Thought I'd put this in a seperate thread being as the Suffolk Laning one is mostly so O/T it hurts. The holes have been fixed at last on Icklingham Way and round by Culford at last! Taken a lot of protest, stamping of feet and pictorial evidence of abuse but they listened in the end and have...

90 Stolen - Bury St. Edmunds Area

One of our SuLSaR colleagues prized possessions. Blue 90 300tdi hard top reg M247POJ. 235-85/R16 AT remoulds on white steel wheels. Not many obvious mods from standard - checker plt rear floor, load racking, wheel carrier. HD roof bars, dog guard & gun rack, rear lock box, secure cubby, one...

    Just a lil video

I can see your house from here! That driveway is even bigger than mine! Don't think I've seen the motor up at Newbourne yet...

    stanage edge closed?...hope not!?

Well that's a damn shame as GLASS guys were up there not long ago sorting it out. Now I suppose it'll all have to be done again. :(

    Greenlaning in Norfolk/Suffolk/Cambridgeshire

Just popping back to 2009 for a second, one of the original posters then, mentioned a 12km long lane paralleling the A604. This is Roman Road and has been TRO'd for almost as long as I can remember. Most lanes in South Cambs are Seasonal TRO, open possibly between May & Sept as long as it...

    Irish Plates

One hell of a water crossing too. They were snorkelled I assume?

    Peaks

Buxton & District LRC are worth an email. If you supply the grids for lanes you've found, they will tell you their current status and condition, in most cases. Edited to add that my avatar is taken at Stanage Edge. That's a 'downhill only' route btw, as is Roych Clough now.

    Billing LRO Show price?

Just make sure you nail absolutely everything down! If it's even remotely nickable someone'll have it away. I'll never go there again, that's for sure.

    Chapel Gate Update (Derbyshire)

Because winching should not be done on a PRoW, is why. Two of our guys went up it last October and it took them 6 hours! There was no way I would have even bothered - that's not laning in my opinion. The rest of us had a day out elsewhere instead. Winching should be a last ditch solution if...

Norfolk Lanes and Fake TRO signs

khaos, what might be better and certainly more productive is to take a picture of them doing it. It is actually illegal to do it, so in the long run, it might just cost themand NCC for complicity!

WARNING Paddocks nuts for U bolt

I got fed up with them years ago; waiting for them to contact me or just sending the wrong stuff/not fit for purpose stuff, or not sending it at all. So I use MM4x4 who seem a whole lot better in my experience. I was in Derbyshire last October so actully visited Paddocks to buy over the counter...

    Cloned Vehicle

Just so you know, I think these ringers should be strung up. On the strength of that, I reported the ebay Disco to Notts police. They'll probably be too busy trying out their new tailgatiing cameras, but you gotta try. Stating ID for sale in the advert is just taking the p155 in my opinion

    Essex lanes

Next time you are up the club, ask Andy Cutting with the White trayback Disco about Morroco, he's a bit of an old hand.

    OS Landranger

Indeed it is. I've done the lanes to the south of Newhaven, although not Minniglow/Gallowlow as it is still VR'd to my knowledge. I thoroughly enjoyed Roystone Grange despite it's hard base; it's just a lovely lane through a valley.
