it past its mot ok just had new steering box fitted been told a normal fault with bigger tyres and wheels on td5 18inch thought of going down replacing with 16 inch wheels. with regards to bushes how much do you think to replce all bushes by a garage.

Hi i have a discovery td5 ES seven seats with a seperate air con box in boot on left if i go to kwik fit to have air con re-gased as mine is totally us will the air con in boot be ok or does this have to be done seperate.?

i thought it could be Turbo Bromsgrove but only does it at low speeds or up hills?

HI HEDGEHOG is the washers a problem and if i do remove drain plug will i then be able to flush just by removing expansion tank cap dont really want to cause air locks etc just going on a 600 mile trip so would like to have enough coolant in car with cold weather expected? this is my first td5...

Tomorrow i intend to put new coolant in my disco never done on td5 can anyone advise where plug to drain rad is and with this removed can i then remove expansion cap and place hose in expansion tank to flush through?

Got in my td5 es 2001 today drove about 500 yds and gearbox overheat light started flashing could not be hot as onlky drove 500yds got to a set of traffic lights went out then started flashing again drove about 400yds went out and stayed out. got in after shopping drove short distance light back...

but why do land rover fit these wheel sizes as standard 255 55 r18 on es models?

CAN ANYONE HELP When i get in to my disco td5 i put key in ignition turn key and get 6 chimes if i get out of car with key in and engine running if i get back in i get 6 chimes again the dashboard seat belt light not on so dont know if this is the norm?
