hi guys, recently refurbished my pump and valve block. then had a o ring stuck under the diaphram. all now seemed to be working. rises to all hights fine, storage side is fine. here's the problem, the pump keeps cutting in and out, it runs for maybe 20 seconds in which time the front rises about...

Thanks for.the regs guys. The fault occurred 2-3 mins after starting, and all the solenoids were numbers so I'm fairly sure they are right. I followed a picture tutorial on landyzone, but ill strip and check. Just though it might be something obvious.

Hi all, i stripped and refurbed my valve block yesterday, and now as soon as I start the engine I get a hard fault. I clear it with a kicker, but it comes back seconds later. Does anyone have an idea what I might have done wrong? Thanks all.

Yea, its a 4.6 '97. The pump sometimes stays on after the ignition is turned off. I've been told it might be the relay sticking , so I was going to replace it and see if that cures it.

got home a few nights ago,locked the car as usual and i could still hear the compressor running. thought it would stop after a few mins, sso went indoors and forgot about it. came out in the morning to a completely flat battery,any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I found that if i start my laptop then start the car and plug in the leads and usb to serial adapter. only then launch the eas software,choose comm port 4 from the menu,then it works every time. not doing it in that order causes all sorts of problems.. hope this helps :cool:.

I'd check that your tailgate and drivers door are shutting properly Also the footbrake isn't applied either would stop the suspension rising.

Hi all. I wish to tap some of that vast sea of expert knowledge out there. This has happened only twice in the past three months. Suspension has gone into hard fault and when I reset I get " re valve stuck". Would that be a solenoid. ? Thanks in advance for any help.
