Depends upon which one you are looking for. There is one in the fuse box under the bonnet which controls the pump and there is anther one under the passenger seat. Most likely there are more. By the way that is for a '97 P38. not sure if they are all the same.

Yea, its a 4.6 '97. The pump sometimes stays on after the ignition is turned off. I've been told it might be the relay sticking , so I was going to replace it and see if that cures it.

If changing the relay doesn't fix it, look at the fuse box for signs of burning or corrosion
