Hi all, i stripped and refurbed my valve block yesterday, and now as soon as I start the engine I get a hard fault. I clear it with a kicker, but it comes back seconds later. Does anyone have an idea what I might have done wrong? Thanks all.

It's Monday, so the crystal ball is a bit misty. If you didn't have the fault before you re-furbed the block, it's a reasonable guess that you have made a mistake putting it back together, a solenoid coil on in the wrong place for instance.
You need to read the fault codes to have any idea of what is happening.

How long after start up do you get the fault. Are all the plugs properly engaged? Check the one under the valve block and the one to the left at top for full engagement. Did you number solenoid coils and put them back from where they came?

Thanks for.the regs guys. The fault occurred 2-3 mins after starting, and all the solenoids were numbers so I'm fairly sure they are right. I followed a picture tutorial on landyzone, but ill strip and check. Just though it might be something obvious.

Is it making air as per the 'how to' guide?

Two or three minutes after starting it should be trying to rise. Are you sure you have not transposed the inlet and exhaust solenoid coils? The two nearest the front of the car. Try starting engine and leaving a door open. Then when pump stops closing door it should jump up. If not you may have them wrong way round.
