So bonnet up the other day and my neighbor has a look under and notices i have a 200TDI but without the radiator unit for it (Oil cooler, inter cooler & rad). Just a bog standard Radiator.
He works at a farm vehicle fitters yard, and mentions he can get us a 200TDI radiator unit for nothing...

shame really, would have been good learning putting it back together. Fortunately all the pistons are in good nick so can keep them as spares.

First off been a while since I posted on here!
I'm Overhauling a Brake master cylinder I replaced to use as a spare and also to learn something from it. Seal kit was £3.60 from Paddocks so worth a shot at that price.
Its a Brake master cylinder for a 90" (NRC9592). I took the old one...

My Wastegate controller valve on my turbo had been replaced with a spring on a tethered wire connected to the wastegate lever!
Now why would this be done? Maintaining higher pressure for a wound up injector pump...

Greetings fellow yorkshire-ling
if your after many seats have you ever considered other than a disco, like a 110 or even 130 defender or even a series of the same wheel base?
Looking for a 200-300TDI power plant is a good bet. Me and some friends agree that they are bullet proof engines...

Got a bit of an odd problem:
Now I have an oil leak on my 200tdi ("yeh what else is new!" I hear you cry), so I'll just post this picture and you'll see my point:
The Previous owner did a bodge job with a bit of hacked hydraulic pipe and some copper fittings on this particular 200TDI to...
