Did you clean the protective greece from the clutch pressure plate etc before fitting?? This can sometimes cause this sound as well. Brian

Did my 2000 TD5 about a month ago and to be honest i havent noticed any difference. Maybe my EGR was working 100% before i changed it. I would imagine that if you have a sticky EGR you may notice a difference. Brian
