please comment on any of these issues if you have any advice
My 1999 4.6hse 115k miles
1. 2 transmission fluid leaks (near radiator and tranfercase) is the transmission fluid ran through the radiator in this? I could be wrong about the radiator leak could go either way
2. Windshield wiper blades acting strange (start to work after about 10 mins of running vehicle)
2. Cracked Windshield
3. Driver side window motor (can hear motor click but doesnt move up or down)
4. Sunroof (previous owner says it blows fuses - leaving it closed - doubt ill miss it)
5. hoses running to the hood windshield fluid sprayers disconnected due to being broke just under the hood
so far I think that's it - despite all that I love this SUV, it rides sooo smooth and I feel like I'm on top of the world with the air shocks
My wife and I also have a 2008 AWD ford edge and Id much rather drive it than the edge if i can get a hold of the leaks - its killing me not being able to drive it in fear of loosing too much fluid - going to have to wait till the holiday is over to fix the leaks...grrrr
