Hi, are brushes available for the windscreen wiper motor?

Unplugged the wiper motor from under the dash, it appeared to be blowing the end fuse
I have then removed the deck panel and removed the motor and linkage, I expecting it to be seized solid as in the past they have been quite slow.
However , linkage completely free. Took the motor apart , no sign what was causing a short but the brushes are well worn , are they available? I know the motors are very rare, cant go out in the rain now , bit miserable , its got a 4.6 running a bit rich under an elelbrock and I like revving it up by the ulez cameras .Thanks regards Tim.

There are specialist suppliers of motor brushes, they might not have the exact replacements but oversize brushes can be filed down to size. I can't help with a link as it's a long time since I have needed to purchase brushes.
