So 3 months of ownership and loving it..

So far I have done

Supercharged grill
Supercharged side vents
Clear side repeaters
Clear/Red rear lights
Chrome side steps
Black Badges
2012 centre caps
Colour coded door handles

It's looking rather good

Was thinking how hard is it to fit 2005+ headlights to a 2002 model?

Interior wise, I want a decent way of connecting iPhone (iPod) as the cd changer is fooked.. Any suggestions?

That's all folks

I can't see the point in buying a cheap '02 model then trying to make it look newer and more expensive .. too much like the early chavs used to do with BMW 316's .. de-badge 'em with stripes and larger wheels to make them look like M's ... For anyone that knows or actually likes the brand it just looks a mess!!

But it's your car, you go for it!

I have updated a lot of parts on my 322 to the later parts.

It's not like I'm fitting after market tat to it.

The only reason to upgrade my l322 was for the looks.
So why not just upgrade the parts yourself for half the price ??

Good on you lass ;)

Exactly Hippo...

Tasteful mods / upgrades look good and enhance the overall look in my opinion.

Anyone know where you can get the headlight wiper blanking plate? I think I want to remove the headlight wipers as they look a bit pants with the mesh grill.

yep,

i did wonder about those upgrade grilles too, only the wipers look pants.

not sure about the blanks but if im going to do it i will spend £600 more and fit the whole 2006 front facelift to it.

as there easy enough to upgrade.

i have just last week done the rear 2011 autobiography exterior design pack facelift to my HSE.

looks the dogs now, hardly see any L322's the same. i think it was a £6k extra which must put the buyers off ? lol

what you think ?

covers all the underside tow bar and exhaust which IMO is pretty ugly to look at before :D:D:D

I'm liking that a lot mate. Was tempted with the LeD's but decided on clear/red in the end. Rear valance and pipes look the nuts :)

Certainly not tacky or chavvy like some people say ;-)

Iv just done the Bluetooth mod on mine. Now can connect my iPhone to the car, all contacts come up on the screen and steering wheel and voice control work too :D

thanks mate,

yep the LED's put me off a first as they wernt just a simple plug and play. you have to buy £200 boxes to make them work.

i was like "like fcuk im paying that" - being a sparks by trade i figured it out myself and got them all working fine for less then £20 :D

and that rear bumber just sets it off, alot of money but its worth it IMO.

it certainly turns some heads, including other top spec 2011 vogue owners that dont even have it :D

might just have to fit the 2011 front now to complete it !!! LOL :p
