Discovery 3 battery drainage

My name is Bushy from Botswana. I own a Land Rover Discovery 3 and only yesterday i experience something new . My battery just drained over night and need your help in this matter. This is a 2007 model , Petrol. What could be causing all this. Your advice will help.

Welcome to LZ!

First thoughts would be that you have left some electrical equipment on, or that you need a new battery.
Another possibility would be a short in the battery leads.

The alternator can play up and drain the battery quick.
