Discovery 1 rear wheel arches

HI can anyone tell me the best place to get new rear wheel arches for my 97 disco its just failed its mot and how do i fit them i know you need to weld them but is there a step by step guide.

I took photos when i did mine, give me an hour or so to have my dinner and I will post a step by step guide for you, they are 90% spot welded so pretty simple tack welds are all that is required really.

mine failed mot on wheel arches..

they fail it if they can flex the arches at the top end near where the door closes..

the connection to the rear quarter is steel to alloy and corrodes..

i welded a piece of metal to the arch and pop riveted it to the c post, this stopped it flexing and i got a pass the next mornin..

I thought they fail because of rust being too close to seatbelt mount.

he dint say they were holed, just sed it failed..

no holes in mine, just vertical bit where meets c post detached..
