disco 2 lower on the drivers side

Hi LZ, I have had to replace the height sensor on the drivers side rear and have noticed its now 2 or 3 inches lower on that side. is this something I can fix my self of does it need to be plugged into a computer. Any ideas guys would be helpful thanks, frizzy
