Well, I'd certainly trust an OCD sufferer to fix my car - they're SO thorough!

I did it by first running the new line through, roughly following the old line. Then I removed the old line in sections, with wire cutters, fitting the new one in as I went. This way, you don't forget where to route the lines. It also meant I didn't have to undo the fitting at the ABS pump until I was ready to screw in the new fitting.
