    EAS. Storage side leak.

Bought a used valve block off ebay and took the best NRV from it and put it in NRV1 position in the other block. Filled up both bags and tank in 10 min. Took it for a ride - perfect EAS behaviour. Compressor just lightly warmed up afterwards. Checked tank pressure gauge after four hours...

EAS compressor weak - not seal/liner

I'm really sorry to have bothered you with this. Downright embarrasing. One end of the Y-connector for the tank gauge had snapped right off and in my dimly lit barn I didn't see it first. Since the compressor worked against a much lower pressure the sound and vibration of it changed. Together...

EAS compressor weak - not seal/liner

Thank's I can stop the air from coming out, i checked the o-ring it was ok but a little flat perhaps. Changed it anyway. Cleaned the reeds. Checked diaphragm by holding finger on exhaust recently. No leak during compressor operation. Diaphragm recently changed. Didn't check it again since it...

EAS compressor weak - not seal/liner

The last seal off ebay had way more play against liner and still produced enough pressure. This seal is from island4x4 and worked fine the first three rides then suddenly this happened. Thank's Per

EAS compressor weak - not seal/liner

Good morning. I'd just come to the conclusion that a leaking NRV1 was draining the tank to different degrees when another issue arose. I watched the tank pressure gauge after the last three rides and over a couple of hours the pressure dropped slowly to stop at 29, 100 and 130PSI respectively...

    EAS. Storage side leak.

I've read the post. I've also fitted black o-rings only a month ago and it still leaks. I'll come up with something. Per

ABS, T/C and Handbrake Lights On

I´d check the ABS-sensors to see if they´re fully seated. They should be pushed all the way to the reluctor teeth. Mine had a similar behaviour after I changed the front wheel hub assemblies and didn´t seat the sensors properly. Regards Per

    EAS. Storage side leak.

Thank´s. l´ll look at the check valves in the compressor. But if it´s the NRV1 leaking, what then? There isn´t any spare ones and the O-rings are just replaced. Should I swap between NRV´s and put the best in NRV1 position or perhaps carefully sand the cones symmetrical with my Dremel. Or should...

    EAS. Storage side leak.

I´ve tried on another forum but thought I see if someone on Landyzone could help me out. I´ve really pampered my EAS with new Arnott gen III first front and now last week also rear. I´ve also done a valve block rebuild and the third time I got it right (or so I thought). Compressor rebuild...
