I´ve tried on another forum but thought I see if someone on Landyzone could help me out.

I´ve really pampered my EAS with new Arnott gen III first front and now last week also rear. I´ve also done a valve block rebuild and the third time I got it right (or so I thought). Compressor rebuild twice. Height calibration with EAS unlock. Everything is working as supposed to, that is, no oddities, no fault codes et.c. She can stay up for a week without lowering so the airbags/ lines are not leaking.
However for a long time, even before I did the valve block rebuild. It has taken some time (5-10 min) of driving before the selected height stops flashing. This made me suspect a storage side leak and yesterday I installed a pressure gauge on the tank line which confirmed this. It filled the tank in 7 min, up to I think 9,5 bar (138 PSI) then stopped as supposed to. The compressor doesn´t run that often during driving. When I looked at the gauge it didn´t drop while I was watching (probably small leak) but 4 hours later it had dropped to 2 bar.
I´ve sprayed the tank plug, tank, air line connection, dryer connections, the new pressure gauge connections, valve block but I can´t find any leaks. I´ve noticed that when I loosen the blue air line to the compressor it hisses out air and I wonder if the NRV1 isn´t supposed to prevent this? Has this to do with emptying the tank, perhaps not? When I rebuilt the block i noticed the NRV tips were a bit unevenly worn but from what I understand, they usually are and anyway they just aid in centralising the valves, but still. I should also say that I´ve checked the diaphragm with a finger on the exhaust and there was no air coming out while the compressor was running.

If anyone can give me a hint to possible sites of leaks I´d be most grateful.

sounds like you may have answered your own question

Thank´s. l´ll look at the check valves in the compressor. But if it´s the NRV1 leaking, what then? There isn´t any spare ones and the O-rings are just replaced. Should I swap between NRV´s and put the best in NRV1 position or perhaps carefully sand the cones symmetrical with my Dremel. Or should I ignore the valveblock NRV´s alltogether and install an NRV on the blue compressor air line as suggested by another forum member, assuming it leaks backwards through the compressor (if this is possible) because the compressor NRV fails to make a complete seal.
What do you think?

On another thread the NRV's were spun up in a drill or such like and smoothed off.
the compressor NRV's should not leak either. Wammers is the man who knows most about the valve block.

I suggest the OP reads the "How To" section i have added comments about this very problem.

I've read the post. I've also fitted black o-rings only a month ago and it still leaks. I'll come up with something.

If you have no leaks from the suspension bags and with compressor off you can detect air coming from the exhaust port. It can only be NRV1 leaking. NRV1 is the one that is fitted in the opposite way to the other two. Take out the NRVs and choose the one with the least wear on the nose guide and fit that in NRV1 position. NRV2 is there to stop air from the bags being lost when the inlet valves are opened and the main tank is empty. NRV3 prevents high pressure air when the tank is being filled, from being forced past the exhaust valve.

Bought a used valve block off ebay and took the best NRV from it and put it in NRV1 position in the other block. Filled up both bags and tank in 10 min. Took it for a ride - perfect EAS behaviour. Compressor just lightly warmed up afterwards. Checked tank pressure gauge after four hours. Infinitesimal pressure drop probably due to minor self levelling.
100£ for a check valve. All right.

Thank you all for your help.
