I´ve tried on another forum but thought I see if someone on Landyzone could help me out.
I´ve really pampered my EAS with new Arnott gen III first front and now last week also rear. I´ve also done a valve block rebuild and the third time I got it right (or so I thought). Compressor rebuild twice. Height calibration with EAS unlock. Everything is working as supposed to, that is, no oddities, no fault codes et.c. She can stay up for a week without lowering so the airbags/ lines are not leaking.
However for a long time, even before I did the valve block rebuild. It has taken some time (5-10 min) of driving before the selected height stops flashing. This made me suspect a storage side leak and yesterday I installed a pressure gauge on the tank line which confirmed this. It filled the tank in 7 min, up to I think 9,5 bar (138 PSI) then stopped as supposed to. The compressor doesn´t run that often during driving. When I looked at the gauge it didn´t drop while I was watching (probably small leak) but 4 hours later it had dropped to 2 bar.
I´ve sprayed the tank plug, tank, air line connection, dryer connections, the new pressure gauge connections, valve block but I can´t find any leaks. I´ve noticed that when I loosen the blue air line to the compressor it hisses out air and I wonder if the NRV1 isn´t supposed to prevent this? Has this to do with emptying the tank, perhaps not? When I rebuilt the block i noticed the NRV tips were a bit unevenly worn but from what I understand, they usually are and anyway they just aid in centralising the valves, but still. I should also say that I´ve checked the diaphragm with a finger on the exhaust and there was no air coming out while the compressor was running.
If anyone can give me a hint to possible sites of leaks I´d be most grateful.
Regards
