how are you starting it with no power to starter? are you putting jump lead on it?

could be a few things low amps in your batery main fuse in engine fuse box or relay in same fuse box. starter stuck. you need to go into it one thing at a time. if you can not do it yourself there is a garage not far from you who can help if you need his number give me a shout i get it for you..
