You need to fit brackets with the side interior panel out and also fit / bolt the seat belts in place. Then thread brackets and seatbelts through the holes in the interior panel before cliping this back into place. As disco ben says, there are lots of holes some covered and some not - make...

Not sure about the td5, but if you fill the filter with fuel, refit and make sure the bleed screw is closed, then crank with starter motor you might find it pumps the air out the system. Bit spluttery at first but worked for me on a 300 tdi

97 300tdi. I removed the rear seats for the boot floor replacement, but have mislaid the bolts... Anyone know the correct size and do they need to High Tensile or something special?

Struggling with all the usual wet floor issues - removed the screen trim and found the glass is not even touching the car body - no seal at all ! So screen sealing is a good place to start.

I look forward to some responses - Mine does the same although I have learned to ignore it !

97 300 tdi disco 1 - Refitted tank and new fuel sender. Gauge works on dash and is showing quarter full - about right for what i tipped in. Before I started the project (welding chasis), when the engine was off, keys out, fuel gauge used to go to zero. Now it continues to show the tank...
