To tighten the disc bolts put the hub studs through the holes in the removed wheel and hold the wheel still on the floor there is a picture example of this in the Haynes manual

To be honest never had to fit them, except on Caravans. great concept but I believe they were made null and void by ABS which also helps you keep control in these situations. I believe if you were to ask they would fit them but believe it would cost around £40 a wheel so not really worth it...
