I have a 3.5 efi and gearbox for sale mate :) It's all in the rangy still so you can come see it all running nicely :p

I was thinking £400 for engine and gear box, especially as people can come see it and drive it you know what you're getting

Still driving my classic daily and loving it, it gets more use than the 90 actually :)

I don't want to and I have held on to the bitter end, the 3.5 is such a great engine completely bulletproof and lovely to drive.. But I am turning my rangy into a overland vehicle and it's going to be clocking up lots and lots of miles the V8 just isn't economical enough for me :(

Cool so if I get a new stainless one for a 300tdi disco it should all fit? :)

I have a electric fan on my 300tdi and it is brilliant, even in 2nd gear low range giving it the beans in the sahara at 30 degree heat it kept the engine running cool, and when we stopped for lunch or whatever the electric fan would keep running until the engine got nice and cool and then switch...

I have the same problem cable spins around but my speedo has gone dead i'm still waiting for a replacement on the bay :(

Will be taking the 3.5 efi and gearbox out my rangy, 120,000 on the clock and you can see it running nicely in the car beforehand if interested :)

Sold a fair bit but didn't buy a lot.. Good for the wallet but I was hoping to pick up some good bits for the rangy :o
