Will be selling shortly as I am converting to a 300tdi, if anyone is interested I am near Amersham in Bucks, hoping to start the conversion next month or so, welcome to come and see the engine and gearbox working, all runs nicely and gear changes are nice and smooth

I don't want to and I have held on to the bitter end, the 3.5 is such a great engine completely bulletproof and lovely to drive.. But I am turning my rangy into a overland vehicle and it's going to be clocking up lots and lots of miles the V8 just isn't economical enough for me

haha! I wouldn't go that far!

A few modifications/improvements here and there is fine... But converting a V8 to a diesel? Eww!

I was thinking £400 for engine and gear box, especially as people can come see it and drive it you know what you're getting
