I came to that conclusion as well and yeah I do agree, not being used to these low mileage gearboxes is the issue I think. Only got 10,000 miles on the clock, I'm used to tinkering with cars that have at least 100k on the clock

That's one had serious gearbox issues, couldn't select any gear very easily and the famous cylinder head issue and oil in the ecu problem. Web ad a td5 disco and it was fine but it was auto so acted completely different to the Manuel

If it's a genuine station wagon then it should be compliant regardless I'm lead to believe. If you do a my car check on the vehicle if it come back saying "light 4x4 utility" then the likely hood of it being a genuine station wagon are very slim. Matt.
