have had the seat folded up and now I have the base folded down but the seat back won't return to the vertical position. It goes up a few inches then there is a heavy clonk and it won't go any further.
I got the Supergaz shocks for the front, not much improvement in the ride over what was fitted before but needed new ones so the price was good. Ride improvement comes from changing 18" wheels to 16", but don't look as good!

I bought my D2 with all the bits done same as you apart from it runs on a standard airfilter and has had an ECU remap. I will look at the silicone hose kit for the turbo as if they are original they are 14...
It's easy when you know how.
Whoever refitted it previously had bent the metal claws so the trim wasn't pulling close enough to the door seals. All fixed now.
My drivers side B Pillar trim is not fitted correctly. When viewed from the rear seat ther is a vertical gap between the trim and the pillar and just having a look at it today I can see that the seat belt height slider is not fitted correctly which is stopping the trim pushing all the way home...
Ever since I got my Disco home after buying it last May I have been itching to sort out the odd door card on the near side rear. My TD5 has the suede trim cards except for one which is in a sort of twill fabric.

Cold start this morning, car has sat for 3 days and its like I have a new gearbox. Changing up or down to second now works fine.
Smith Alan MTF94 works a treat.
