Ever since I got my Disco home after buying it last May I have been itching to sort out the odd door card on the near side rear. My TD5 has the suede trim cards except for one which is in a sort of twill fabric.

Also the other door cards have the extra speaker in but after looking for ages I managed to find one with the right finish and colour but missing the tweeter

So i bought it together with a pair of tweeters

So tonight I removed the old door card, cleaned the new one with suede cleaner (it had a few oily marks) and then drilled a hole for the new tweeter to slot into. Refitted it using new clips and replaced the missing screws to secure the door handle area. End result looks like this;

Pleased with that.

Looks good, that suede doesn't half need looking after though

I used a suede shoe cleaner. Easy to apply and good results. I'll have to do the other 3 now.
