    tiny bead of loctite premium rtv on both surfaces, used a couple of exhaust studs in block to act as guides getting pan on square:

    guys I'm changing front crank seal and sump gasket. my pulley shaft has a 1.4 mm groove in it-speedi sleeve or new pulley? also, please check out pics and comment on any defects :)

    how do the halfshaft splines and drive flange spines mate? nicely or loosely? Any wear in either of those could give you a bit of movement im guessing.

    hi, I'm not mapping anything yet, just expressing an interest in a mappable solution. I have since fitted a simonbbc distributor with a true Hall effect sensor and all my problems seem to have gone now :)
