Are you sure ?. Engaging centre diff lock on the D2 causes the traction controll to work at a reduced parameter. SLABS ecu,s on later cars enabled the TC to work as normal. ( as well as omotting audible " bongs " on engagement and dissengagement ). Have I missunderstood your post ?.
