Yes, but if it's 33mm it won't fit. I have a 34 and 36mm here which are both too small

If I google that part number it comes up as a 33mm plug :confused:

Today, phoning around the local motor factors and boat engine builders for core plugs, I found a 2001 4.0 engine in good nick and running order for £200. I'd say that's a good price? Always handy to have a spare one kicking about me thinks :)

The LR dealer did not order the right ones(too small), so no playing with the RR today :( Has anyone got a part number for the plug or knows the exact size. My rough measurements told me the hole was about 39mm .....give or take a bit :) The guy from LR phoned me back today and said...

I might need them all 10 too...give it some time :) Gonna pick them up tomorrow. LR dealer is going to phone when they're in. Hopefully in the morning so I have time to fit them/it :) Also bought a new set of exhaust manifold gaskets to be safe. Fingers crossed that'll be the engine...

LOL If I'm going to fit a new V8 it'll be a Lexus Ls400 V8. They don't come more reliable than that :)

I haven't diconnected the battery yet, but maybe previous owner did. Unfortunately there's no owner's manual with the car. Any chance of describing the procedure?

My windows work fine, but everytime when pressing up I get the message that the window is not set. It does this for all 4. Any ideas?

I phoned the LR dealer today to order core plugs and thought I'd ask them about my radio and EKA code. They gave me the codes over the phone...no hassle :)
