Just to warn you, enen if you find a way of adding extra belts, you will struggle to get 3 car seats across the back comfortably. We have a 200tdi and struggled to find car seats to fit the very short seatbelts and we only have 2 kids.

Finaly manged to get it fixed, by clamping it in a vice and using 2 pairs of stilsons and heat. It was a bit cold out today though! I also found that I had to tighen the ball joints back up tighter than the specified torque as they came with castlated nuts, I had to go along way past the...

I have new ends but not the bars, I will probably get some new ones when the suppliers reopen. Are the bars solid in the middle or are they hollow, is it posible to cruch them with a vice?

I run my 200tdi on bio no problems, just ocasionaly when I pull up at junctions it struggles for just a moment. I find it it a better smother and quieter fuel.

could be a spring on the lock, the actuator only goes part of the way and the spring finishes off, so if the spring has gone then it wont open. If you take the door liner off you can get to the lock to see, just make sure you have some spare clips to get the card back on after as they do tend...

I had to break into mine yesterday as I managed to lock myself out with the engine running and my phone and everything locked inside! It was far to easy to do!
