hi as for the start up smoke is it blue if not let me know plus does it smoke when driving if so what colour is it. slow starting when warm could be oil or water leaking into the cylenders. ill also and the light might be low oil presure

i dont think that would reach the clutch have you gone in any deep water of off roading. also are you using oil.

or other contamination ie, water, mud ect.

hi do you have any oil round the bellhousing if so your clutch could me contaminated.

hi i would guess loom threw door broken wires they can crimp in the door check the rubber case it see and crimping on it.

try the leak off pipe from the last injecter to back of the fuel pump

never had this problem befor they always work for me on lr, skoda, ford ect. never had a problem.

dmf are a dealers con. cars have been fitted with std flywheels for years all cars i come across with dmf i change to std. also why would they make the kits if they cause transmition damage.

i would cut my losses and fit a standard flywheel and clutch. will be better in the long run.

if its clean the cam belt cover has been of so the chances are its was to replace the timing belt cover

if you look below the air con pump there should be a green gasket see how clean it is.

Just got the engine out of my disco 300tdi auto just to change the core plug on the back of the block. if i took this to a garage it would have coast 75p for the part and about a £1000 in labour. will post pic also got some good tricks i found that realy help.

hi on the disco it sits under the dash above the heater. its called a spider you can get a by pass for it. what problems are you having.

hi when your running the engine take the top intercooler hose off if you have a fumping noise you could have sliped your timing belt. thats what mine was did all you have done and then found the problem.
