Dunno where it is in a disco but tis the same one as the Fender has.
Whats the issue?
Have ya checked all the pins on yer Black ecu plug ;)

hi on the disco it sits under the dash above the heater. its called a spider you can get a by pass for it. what problems are you having.

Thanks every now and then it does nowt when I turn the key, I have however fitted a atart button and a toggle switch for the starter and fuel solenoid respectively and that works fine, but once it let me down so I changed the position of the feed I was using from the fuse carrier under the dash and so far so good I know I should probably connect to the ign switch but dont have the inclinaction right now, when time allows I want rip the bloody thing out, where is the black ECU plug and I will have a look cheers

There are two plugs on your ECU, one black, one red.

Removing the immobiliser isn't straight forward or so I've been led to believe. To be honest unless it's been fried the only way it'll go wrong will be dry joints, worn/corroded conectors, chaffed wires etc. Just the sort of stuff that throws up random faults that mysteriosly disappear when you actually look for em but can bring you to a grinding halt at inopportune moments.......

What knob end ever thought sticking a computer in a vehicle would be a good idea needs it shoving where the sun dont shine or vehicle manufacturers putting better quality circuitry in them.........

That aint gonna happen anytime soon as they need em to be scrapped 5 to 10 years.
