no relays and only two of the 35 amp fuses are used... some of the circuits arent even fused and that was how it left solihull, not usually a problem until some tit wires a bunch of fogs or shorts across something then its arc welding using very small cables.. and all the smoke that lucas went...

nothing wrong with crossplies the diesel engine wont get you fast enough for them to worry you too much.. it might have sucked some air in the diesel line when you put it on the trailer quite a steep angle to get up (i got mine on a trailer like that and had to winch it up by hand)

thanks for the advice johnny, just managed to get hands on a new auto mask so will give that a go soon.. will seem strange not nodding the other mask down all the time..:D

got a patch on the bulkhead to do and its thin plate... had a bit of a practice and even with the welder turned right down it still starts to get hot... but then could just be my **** technique:D

johnny, do you use straight co with your mig or co/argon mix??

cheap fuses......

try disconnecting the feed to the flasher unit and run a good supply from the battery to test that its not a supply problem...:rolleyes::scratching_chin:

try erc4480 for injector pipe and 596097 or after eng no. 36619420b then use te108071l for the studs :rolleyes::D lrseries are always good for checking parts no.s but advise finding the parts book and downloading it .

its the best way as some of the ready glazed ones are pooh:scratching_chin:

nice selection of tools there, a bit of wd and they will look brand new..:D

got a complete bulkhead as well as door glass, needs some work but less than yours.. if your passing south at all.. pm me if your interested..

don't you need to move the drivers side engine mount a bit cause the normal one fouls the injector pump.... and its cable so you need to fabricate something..

the exhaust gets in the way!!!! turn up down left right knuckle rash ow **** bollocks drop the down pipe off....for all the room in the engine bay its bastid tight in places...

depending on how long ago you sent the paper work off it may still be in limbo but do it on line tis simple enough.. just need the reg no to check it..

they are addictive..:)

dont over tighten cause you may need to get it off again some day.... just nip them but use a decent sealing compound.;)
